Establishment;

 

It is one of the first UHT milk factories established in the country in 1976. TEKFEN HOLDİNG A.Ş. It merged with and increased its capital, its construction was completed in 1978 and the production of MILK and DAIRY PRODUCTS started, after a 2-year trial production, it started to appeal to the market. In the following years, production continued and increased product variety, product quality and capital. It was launched under the Mis brand. Briefly, the calendar of several cycles of the year is as follows.

 

History

1976: Tekfen Holding Started Construction.

1978: Production Started.

1995 -1998: Acquired 60% of Nestle and Mis Süt

1998: 2000: Nestle Acquired All of Mis Süt..

2004: Changed hands and sold entirely to Danone.

1 May 2012: Gönenli Süt(Çallı Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş.) Purchased the Entire Danone Gönen Factory.

1 October 2015: Gönenli Süt was acquired by Sözen Yatırım
