Halal Food Policy

(For our products with Halal certification)

Our priority is to meet the demands of our customers regarding Halal food requirements in a timely manner and according to the desired specifications during the production of our products. The principles we apply to achieve this goal are:

  • In the design, development, and production phases of our products, we aim to produce in compliance with the OIC/SMIIC1 standard, Turkish Food Codex, ISO 9001 Quality Management, FSSC 22000 Food Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards, Islamic Jurisprudence, customer Halal food safety demands, and Halal production practices, with high efficiency,
  • To produce using materials sourced from Halal-certified suppliers, ensuring that all raw materials, additives, and auxiliary materials used in products covered by our certification comply with Halal requirements and are controlled upon entry into the factory,
  • To meet all hygiene and sanitation standards for Halal food production in our processes, prevent and manage Halal food safety hazards, and ensure effective and dynamic control of these hazards and their continuity,
  • To ensure the continuity of improvement and development efforts in all units of our organization, minimizing risks arising from hazards that could contradict or disrupt Halal food safety,
  • To develop competent and committed personnel at all levels of our organization with a management approach that values employee satisfaction,
  • To organize training programs to raise awareness among our employees regarding quality and Halal food safety.
